:: Story ::
Growing up, Jordan wasn't brought up in a way that most people would consider lucky. While her parents were hard working? Money was tight. At 10 years old, the stress finally drove a wedge in-between her mother and father, leading to a long and bitter breakup. Both parents thought they deserved custody of young Jordan and Jordan found herself trapped in one too many fights being used as a pawn. Eventually, custody was given to Jordan's father while her sister ended up with her mother. Jordan all but lost contact with both of them after the bitter battle but that didn't mean things suddenly got easy. Jordan's father was strict and often overbearing, often telling the young girl that she wasn't allowed to date outside of the specific guidelines that he had set for her. In school, Jordan found herself literally delving head over feet with her studies. With as much time as she invested into her books, she soon found herself on the Dean's List and Honor Roll with every semester. She was picked on quite heavily, despite her good looks, simply for being a bit of a brainiac and thus, she never dated much or often.
When she was 18 and had graduated at the top of her class, she was invited to attend Boston College with a full scholarship. At first, she was undecided on what path she'd pursue. For a while there, she dabbled in several classes. It would be her college dorm mate that would give her the shove that she needed. She took Jordan under her wing and led her into acting classes, which Jordan took a natural shine to from the first moment she stepped on stage. She had a natural adaption to her characters and found herself able to be completely at ease with being in front of a crowd while performing. Jordan graduated with a Bachelor's in Theater, quickly doing a few plays and movies out of New York City. It would be a few years of small roles however, before Jordan found her true calling.
Fate came knocking in terms of a television show that had just been picked up for a national spot on Fox. The show was called Bones. Jordan had several auditions, putting more and more work into each showing with the producers until finally, it was down to herself and one other actress. Jordan was picked in the end due to her look, and a thought process that she would be able to make the leading female character realistic. This was especially due to her own knowledge from her past and excelling at her studies. Temperance Brennan became her alter ego. The show was wildly popular from the first season but she knew that a lot of that would definitely be placed onto her hunky co-star. Rayne McLaughlin was charming and seductive to a woman like Jordan and from the first time that they met, they had a special spark. When doing press for Bones, their natural chemistry towards one another would instant flow through. They looked every bit like the shining example of a couple. They were affectionate towards each other in a way that turned heads more than once. Perhaps, with good reasons. Flirtation on the set was frequent between the two of them. However, as always, level heads were kept to maintain their very strong friendship.
In the time since Rayne has come clean with the issues inside of his marriage, Jordan has yet to really make a statement about it either way. She chooses instead to push the characters of Temperance Brennan and Seeley Booth to the forefront. However, underneath it all? Jordan finds herself in a place where she feels extremely loyal to Rayne due to their intense bond. Jordan has also got a few secrets of her own, which add to this decision. She really does care about him, she just has more reasons than are instantly seen to all the paparazzi eyes. Comments and speculations run rampant about their heavily flirtatious nature but Jordan remains tight-lipped through all of it.

She's taken part in several rallies to make this a part of every day American life.
